AVK pauses all activities in Russia
At AVK, we are deeply concerned about the military actions in Ukraine, and are continuously assessing and following the situation on sanctions and restrictions imposed against Russia. 16-03-2022
AVK, therefore, pauses its business activities in Russia. This means that the planned new factory is put on hold until further notice.
Our focus is now on our Ukrainian employees as well as our employees in Russia, and on supporting them as best as we can.
As a global company, we are working with relevant governments to comply with the enacted country policies and sanctions. We will do things right towards our stakeholders and follow the situation closely.
AVK Supports the Emergency Response in Ukraine
Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the crisis in Ukraine. We feel a responsibility to contribute to the emergency aid, and we, therefore, support the Danish Red Cross and their emergency response in Ukraine.
In addition, AVK Holding donated DKK 100,000 to the fundraising event “Sammen for Ukraine” (Together for Ukraine) arranged by Danish Broadcasting Corp & TV 2 DANMARK A/S together with 18 aid organizations on 12 March 2022.
