We are pleased to introduce our new end cap for PE and PVC pipes: the Supa plus end cap series 624. The product is yet another product in the AVK product package.
The Supa plus end cap is fast and easily installed as an end cap on plastic pipes. As an option, a pressure indicator and smaller pipes can be installed on the end cap for connection of a temporary water supply. The Supa plus end cap can remain as a permanent end cap, or it can be easily dismantled and moved if necessary.
This product is based on the existing couplings and flange adaptors in series 621/623 called Supa plus.
Advantages:
· A combination gasket with rubber and tension ring in one unit that fits both PE- and uPVC pipes to ensure optimum safety during installation. It also entails a reduction in stock.
· Bolts in A2 and nuts in A4 (316) to ensure an optimum corrosion protection. The nuts have internal PTFE coating, and the bolts have external PTFE coating to prevent grinding. (We do, however, recommend the use of grease in case of re-installation).
· The best tensile resistant solution on the market. Angular deflection +/- 3,5º.
· All materials used are drinking water approved.
· Maximum temperature is 70º.
· Internal and external epoxy coating according to DIN30677 and GSK guidelines for an optimum corrosion protection.
